Prime Patio brand products sold by The Source are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance and care. (Proof of purchase may be required). Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing to The Source via the RGA Request form. Upon RGA Approval, The Source reserves the right to inspect the product for misuse or abuse. Product that has been altered may not be eligible for warranty. Product Warranty applies to product defects or failure and does not include costs incurred from shipping or labor for installation and/or removal.
Submit an RGA request form to Prime Patio. If you do not have the RGA request form, you can access it using the following link: RGA Request Form. Prime Patio will review the RGA Request form and determine if product needs to be shipped back for review. Upon receipt of the RGA Approval, distributor will follow directions on the form for returning the product for further review.
- Prime Patio will determine if the product failure is due to factory issues.
- If product is defective, distributor will receive a credit for product (credits are valid for 60 days).
- If product does NOT fall under warranty, you will be notified by Prime Patio via e-mail with the results of the review.
Products returned to Prime Patio without appropriate RGA paperwork will not be accepted. We appreciate your cooperation in making our return process run more smoothly. Please contact Prime Patio with any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
